Description

Contractor to provide Construction Manager At Risk (CM@Risk) services for Pre-Construction Services during the design of Phase I of the Adonis Road Extension between Grier Road at the east end of the Adonis subdivision and Tangerine Road east of its Interstate 10 interchange and construction services if an acceptable guaranteed maximum price (GMP) is provided by Contractor. Through this opportunity, the Town seeks to establish an innovative, solutions-oriented evaluation of the design for the extension of this new roadway corridor. As this is a currently designed project, focus will be on final plan evaluation and value engineering to remain within the Town established budget. The Town intends to award one contract to one firm for the work.
