Bidders Shall Submit With Their Bids, a Separate Sealed List That Names Each Subcontractor the Bidder Will Use to Perform Work on the Contract, and the Agreed-upon Amount to Be Paid to Each as Applicable, for: (a) Plumbing and Gas Fitting (I.e., Plumbing Work), (B) Steam Heating, Hot Water Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Apparatus (I.e., Hvac Work Which Includes Fire Sprinkler) and (C) Electric Wiring and Standard Illuminating Fixtures (I.e., Electrical Work). County reserves all its rights with respect to the rejection of bids. SITE VISIT: THE ONE DAY JAIL PASS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO JOHN DRIVER AT JOHN.DRIVER@SUFFOLKCOUNTYNY.GOV ALONG WITH A COLOR COPY OF THE DRIVERS LICENSE FOR APPROVAL BY THE SHERIFFS OFFICE.
