Reed Library Academic Hub Phase 2

The Reed Library Academic Hub, Phase 2 project will renovate approximately 3,400 SF of the southeast area of the main floor of the facility originally constructed in 1967. The project is intended to update and modify the space to continue efforts to centralize academic student support services including Peer Education / Tutoring, Career Services, and Disability Services. Renovation will include selective wall and ceiling demolition, installation of flooring, storefront systems, door replacement, ceiling grid and panels and associated work. The project will prioritize completing the most disruptive activities, such as wall demolition, during the summer semester with construction activities continuing into the fall semester.

Library - School, 3,400 SF New Construction.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
