GRBK Edgewood LLC (Owner), attention Mr. Brian Hunnicutt, is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: BID NO. 5 SCADA Lakehaven Phase 1 MBR Wastewater Treatment Plant Farmersville, Texas Scope of Work of the Contract includes installing for Lakehaven Phase I MBR Wastewater Treatment Plant as more fully described in the Drawings and Specifications. Complete Set of Bid Documents including Plans and Specifications may be examined without charge at KimleyHorn and Associates, Inc., 801 Cherry Street, Unit #11, Ste. 1300, Fort Worth, TX 76102, 817- 335-6511 All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only . Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Electronically. Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids must be submitted By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed, or agreed to using an Electronic Signature, as defined by and in accordance with Owners Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than electronic portal.
