Bid submission time will be as of the electronic time stamp associated with when the electronic email submission was received. License required: A and/or B Engineer's Estimate: $950,000 to $1,250,000 Contract Term: Two Years from Notice to Proceed Contract Performance Period: 150 Calendar Days from Formal Start Work Date Answers will be provided by Addendum which will be posted within the Bid Solicitation located on the Cal eProcure website stated above. It is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addenda as needed. No bid will be considered unless it is made on a standard bid form furnished by the Department of Parks and Recreation, and is made in accordance with the "Instructions to Bidders".
