| Description | 1. Stabilize +/- 66 LF of exposed lime with riprap, loam, seed, and stabilize the area above; 2. Add/reinforce +/- 47 LF of existing riprap shoreline with additional riprap, loam, seed, and stabilize area above; 3. Add an additional layer of granite to the existing granite wall, loam, seed, and stabilize area behind; 4. Remove existing stone/granite steps and handrail; 5. Loam, seed, and stabilize all disturbed areas until loam, seed, and mulch can be placed in the spring; 6. If construction occurs during winter months, temporarily stabilize all disturbed areas until loam, seed, and mulch can be placed in the spring; 7. Remove the existing fence to the top of the bluff and provide stable permanent termination; |
