| Description | New FEMA Safe Room addition at the Nixa Espy Elementary school campus. Total addition is 4,590 square feet. This provides the school and district a new multipurpose space and gymnasium. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition of existing sidewalks, site work, new construction of precast concrete walls and double tee roof panels, structural steel framing, concrete, TPO roof systems, FEMA 361 rated windows and doors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finish work. |
