Scope of Services The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Demolition of the existing restroom/concession building and surrounding sidewalks, site grading, site surveying, building pad preparation for prefabricated restroom/concession building installation, traffic control for prefabricated building delivery and installation, rerouting and upgrading utilities, final utility connections, parking lot reconfiguration, signing and striping, concrete curb and gutter installation, concrete sidewalk installation, concrete ADA pedestrian access ramp installation, landscaping and irrigation installation, 90 day landscape maintenance, and relocation of existing flagpole, lighting, electrical for lighting, park sign and monument.
