| Description | Provide construction services and materials for Cells IIA and IIB at the Spotsylvania County Livingston Landfill located at 6241 Massey Road, Spotsylvania, VA 22551. The project consists of double liner and leachate systems in the cells, and roads, leachate basin, pump stations, force main and all other supporting construction items. The successful Contractor shall perform all construction activities and provide all construction management, necessary tools, equipment, materials, fuel, insurance, personnel, and supervision to complete the Project as described herein. |
