Construction Engineering Inspection Services for Water Conserv II Water Reclamation Facility Preliminary Treatment System Improvements

CEI services which are the subject of this solicitation generally are the CEI services required to manage, inspect, monitor, review, record and provide recommendations for the construction of the WRF Improvements. This CEI Project may include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following tasks associated with the WRF Improvements: a. Construction contract management; b. Conduct Pre-Construction Conference and construction progress meetings; c. Review and execution of Pay Applications; d. Installation inspection; e. Measuring daily work and keeping daily diaries; f. Coordinating materials testing during construction; g. Review of schedules; h. Review of RFI responses; i. Review of proposed substitutions: j. Review of equipment shop drawings; k. Review and execution of change orders; l. Review of as-built surveys; m. Review of O and M Manuals; n. Equipment start-up and testing assistance: and o. Commissioning.
