| Description | The City of San Diego (City) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations or individuals to operate the City-owned San Diego Concourse, located at 202 C Street, San Diego, CA 92101 (Premises) as depicted in "Attachment A - Concourse Floor Plans." The City is seeking proposals that reflect the City's desire to have a Contractor who provides a high level of facility management services. It is the City's desire that the Premises continue to operate with minimal interruption in service provided to City staff and licensees. The use of the Premises shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this RFP, and, if awarded, pursuant to a service agreement (CONTRACT) to be negotiated between the City and the Proposer whose proposal is selected (Contractor), subject to approval, if required, by the San Diego City Council.
