Palisade Avenue Improvements - 30th Street to 49th Street

The project consists of improvements to Palisade Avenue (from 30th Street to 49th Street – Phase 3). More specifically, work shall include the removal of existing curbs, sidewalks and select trees, construction and installation of new scored sidewalk with decorative brick sidewalk bands, concrete curbs, scored and stamped reinforced driveways, installation of lighting foundations, shade trees, semi-circular granite block tree wells, square tree well with ADA compliant tree grate, traffic markings, painting various existing features, reset window well grates, cellar door replacement, decorative bollards installed and decorative lighted bollards, installation of decorative lighted bollards, reset junction box frame and cover, full depth pavement repair, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, upgrading inlets with bicycle safe grates and eco curb pieces, and HMA milling and paving.
