Window Cleaning

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) is accepting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide interior and exterior window cleaning services The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"), or December 20, 2022, whichever comes later. The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within five (5) business days of the Effective Date, or December 20, 2022, whichever comes later.
