Remsen Street Improvements - Phase III

The Project generally consists of the following work: Approximately 500 linear feet of streetscape improvements along Remsen Street from the intersection of Ontario Street to Howard Street. The new streetscape will include new concrete sidewalks, resetting of salvaged brick pavers in a decorative border, new granite curbs with curbed bump outs, milling/paving, minor utility work/adjustments, signage & striping, street trees & plantings, as well as additional site amenities.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
