Traffic Signal Loop Project

This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant to perform all necessary labor for the construction of Traffic Signal Loop Replacement Project. All inquiries should be submitted via our bidding system before 2:00 p.m. on March 7, 2023 in case an Addendum is necessary. Anticipated Award Date is March 27, 2023 and Notice To Proceed will be issued on or about March 30, 2023. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be required of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. The bid bond should be submitted online at the time of online bid submission closing date and time. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The City of Edmond reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
