Memorial Park Village Marina Connection and Waterfront Pathway

This phase of the Project reflects the construction of the next link of pedestrian connectivity along the waterfront. It includes pedestrian access from the existing pedestrian bridge, northerly through the marina parking lot and continuing to Burd Street. The scope of work for the project will include the construction of concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, raised bituminous walk, pavement, pavement striping and markings, landscaping and amenities in the Nyack Marina parking lot. The total scope of work for the major items of the base bid for this project includes the construction of approximately 230 SY of concrete sidewalk, 5 inch thick, 45 SY of concrete apron, 6 inch thick, 530 LF of 6” X 8” X 20” concrete vertical curb, 16 SF of embedded detectable warning surfaces for handicapped ramps, raised bituminous crosswalk, trench drains, pavement resurfacing, pavement markings and striping, chain link fence, topsoil and seed, landscaping and site amenities and other associated work as shown on the plans for a complete, in place project. Traffic control will be performed by Village staff.
