Reference Number 0000330330 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a construction manager to provide preconstruction and construction services for the demolition, renovations and new construction at the Macomb County Jail. The consists of all necessary work for the demolition of approximately 78,000 SF of existing jail space, renovation of approximately 17,250 SF to the existing facility and approximately 177,000 SF of new construction. A portion of the will also include work associated with a capital improvement plan. This is funded by ARPA, State of Michigan, and general funds.
