Description

Any person monitoring the meeting remotely may be responsible for any documented costs. Message and data rates may apply. Furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the Johnson Park Lift Station Improvements. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. City of Racine Prequalification Statement must be submitted to the City of Racine at least 5 working days prior to bid opening in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Racine Works Program procurement policy promotes the utilization of local workers for City construction projects, for contracts greater than $200,000 in accordance with City Ordinance Section 46-41. The Racine Wastewater Utility reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the utility.
