Architectural and Engineering Professional Design Services - Bierman Ground Water Infiltration Remediation

Design Services for remediation of ground water infiltration at Bierman Facility, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. The University seeks the services of an A&E team, in conjunction with a water infiltration expert, to perform the following: 1.Investigate area/s and source of infiltration 2.Find out how this building lowest floor elevation is in relation to existing water table in the area and original building /site drainage intent and existing conditions 3.Figure out any existing infiltration remediation that may have been breached 4.Design a permanent solution to this infiltration , and any means to redirect water away from the building 5.Work with an infiltration expert and contractor of repute to provide accurate and detailed estimate of probable total construction costs 6.Provide documentation, for repair of any internal building components/systems, architectural finishes, etc.] The University has obtained original geotechnical reports from Braun Intertec and will expect that the selected AE team will work with Braun to further understand the water dynamics in this area and its best permanent solution.
