Construction of Old Owen Drive Sidewalk

The City of Fayetteville is soliciting bids for the construction of the Old Owen Drive between All American Expressway and Raeford Road. Hewett, ICMA-CM The City of Fayetteville is fully committed to provide Small Local Business Enterprises (SLBEs) an equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of City contracting including, but not limited to participation inthe procurement of contracts relating to the construction of and improvements to facilities throughout the City.
