BID RELEASE 3 - BID PACKAGE 02C Fitness Addition Demolition Work 03C Fitness Addition Concrete Foundations Work 14A Fitness Addition Elevator Work 32B EBA II Site Paving Work 32C EBA II Landscaping Work 33B EBA II Site Utilities Work Work consists of a 89,000 gsf health and wellness wing and is being bid in three separated phases. Bid Release 3 will cover civil, landscaping, foundations, and elevator scopes. Bid Release 4 will be issued in early November for structural steel and concrete flatwork, and bid release 5 will be issued in December for all remaining packages.
