Pure Waters Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Blower Replacement Project

Renovation of a municipal facility in Latham, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. The work site is located at the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant, 200 Onderdonk Ave, Latham, New York 12110. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the Drawings and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Replacement of three aeration blowers, controls and appurtenances. 2. Replacement of flow meters and flow control valves. 3. Various instrumentation and electrical upgrades. 4. Add alternative for the installation of a fourth aeration blower and appurtenances. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price.Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or Conditional Bids.
