| Description | Supply all labor, materials, incidentals, and means of work to perform Preventive Maintenance (inspections) and Corrective Maintenance (repairs) as requested for the listed Waukesha Engines. Preventative Maintenance schedule shall be submitted with your bids including scope and frequency. At minimum the frequency should include Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly. The WRC has the right to select one or all scheduled Maintenance items. Corrective Maintenance will be based on T&M schedule below. All work shall be performed in accordance with the above listed manufacturer's guidelines for inspections and repair. All labor and materials shall be in accordance with the applicable codes, building safety, site requirements, and fire codes.
