Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Construction Cost Range: $150,000 to $175,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The last addendum will be issued no later than November 22, 2022. The last date for questions will be November 18, 2022.
