Description

This project consists of the remodeling of our visitors centers bathrooms located at 18751 Hogaboom Lane, Lexington Park, MD 20653 To be performed with Historic St. Mary's City Commission (HSMCC) within the 90 day job performance schedule and must complete the actual demolition and re-construction in a 30 day consecutive time period. The contractor will supply HSMCC with this schedule. Items to consider are list in order prioritized: Design work, ADA compliance, Replace all plumbing fixtures, Faucets and sinks with auto on and off, Toilets and valves with lever flush, Soap dispensers, Painting, Replace dividers, Infant changing station in men’s and women’s, Replace lighting fixtures with new LED fixtures, Replace wall tile, Replace floor tile
