| Description | The work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 960 square feet of 4" thick sidewalk and approximately 110 lineal feet of curb & gutter in various locations throughout the City. All work covered in the contract documents shall be completed by JUNE 30, 2023 Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to NORTH OGDEN CITY CORPORATION. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the owner.
