Solar Power Purchase Agreement

Atlantic County intends to complete a Solar Power Purchase Agreement in parallel with New Jersey Board of Public Utilities' Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP). Atlantic County intends to proceed with the Do-it Yourself (DIY) ESIP method with Colliers Engineering/DCO Energy. Bids must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to Atlantic County and each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total contract, but not in excess of $20,000 (twenty-thousand dollars) made payable to County of Atlantic. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond for the full amount of this project is required. The Contractor awarded a contract pursuant to this RFP must comply with the requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law, NJSA 40A:11 et seq., and any other applicable statutes and regulations as set forth in the terms and conditions of the RFP. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. concerning affirmative action and equal employment.
