Description

Reference Number 0000324063 The City of Woodland Park would like to request a rough order of magnitude cost for engineering design, construction, and installation for HVAC improvements at City Hall at 220 W South Ave in Woodland Park, CO. The cost will be used for planning the 2024 budget with a target for construction in 2024/2025. The HVAC improvements will consist of a new gas/electric hybrid system and adding air conditioning to the building. There is limited as-built information for the building but the plan set for another project taking place at City Hall is inlcuded in the bid documents showing the layout of the building.
