Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation

To furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the construction of the following described project: The bids shall be labeled: Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Rockdale, Texas This project includes approximately, but not limited to the following: Rehabilitation and/or Replacement of Existing WTP Piping, consisting of i) Blasting and Coating pipe ii) Replacing existing flange bolts and gaskets iii) Remove and Replace piping, fitting and valves iv) Miscellaneous modifications Chlorine Feed Modifications Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Rockdale, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten (10) days after the notification of the award of the contract.
