Lamar pump Station Roof Replacement

Site Directions: Lamar Pump Station, located at 6400 W. 91st Street, Overland Park, KS 66212 The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents is generally described as the removal and disposal of the existing roof systems down to the deck, including insulation and the installation of new TPO based roof system at WaterOne's Lamar Pump Station, located at 6400 W. 91st Street, Overland Park, KS 66212. The total roof area for this Work encompasses approximately 4,000 Ft2. The work shall include replacing all penetrations, coping metal, flashings, and moving or removing, or repositioning any antenna and roof top equipment including the installation of walk pads on Lamar Pump Station. Unless otherwise authorized by the OWNER, all public or private property, utilities, structures, landscaping, lawn, or other features regardless of location or character, removed or damaged by construction operations, whether by CONTRACTOR or his Subcontractors, and whether within or outside the construction limits, easements, and rights-of-way, shall be restored as a subsidiary obligation of CONTRACTOR, and no direct payment shall be made therefore.
