Construction of new comfort station/restrooms at Gill Creek Park on Niagara Street and Hyde Park Boulevard. The New Gill Creek Park Restrooms shall consist offabrication and erection of a new precast concrete comfort station, including foundation, sitework, utilities and restoration, situated as shown on the Contract Drawings, as specified herein or as directed by the Owner's Representative. 1.
