RFQ Construction Manager at Risk - Farallon Water Campus

The City of Buckeye is seeking a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide preconstruction and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of Farallon Water Campus No 16. The CMAR services will be performed in two phases with two separate contracts. Phase I, the first contract, will include the pre-construction services and the preparation and submission of the (GMP). Phase II, the second contract, will include construction services for the construction of the project.It is anticipated that the project will be constructed using multiple GMP(s) or phases of construction. The City of Buckeye intends to procure a CMAR to construct the improvements described in this Section. As of November 22, 2022, the apparent low qualified bidder has been recommended to the selection panel.
