Repair Elevator Bldg 485

Description of Services: The scope of the work includes a replacement of the Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) project XLWU 23-1010, REPLACE ELEVATOR, BLDG 485, to replace the elevator and its supporting facilities into full compliance with current building codes, including the DoD Building Code, and the portion of the Florida Building Code that contains the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) provisions. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 6.205, NAICS 238290, SB Size Standard $22M. IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Any request for information after the site visit must be received no later than 12 July 2023 by 12:00 PM CST. Period of performance shall not exceed 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed (NTP). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to demolish and replace the elevator located at building 485 on Tyndall AFB up to all necessary building codes. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
