Description

Consultant to provide the county with engineering consulting services related to its Integrated Solid Waste Management System. The consultant shall be required to provide the following services for the county during the term of the contract. Work performed by the consultant shall be on a written task basis and shall provide for an annual Not-to-Exceed amount per task. Annual Not-to-Exceed amounts may not be modified unless by way of mutual agreement between county and consultant such as by way of Change Order, Amendment or equivalent deemed necessary and appropriate by the county.
