Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnston, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project The work includes approximately 3,100 CY of excavation, clearing and grubbing, 450 LF of storm sewer, 7 storm structures, 775 tons of rip rap, 45 CY of gabion walls, 37 SY of sidewalk replacement, erosion control, and site restoration. Work will be performed at two locations: northeast of the end of Harbor Oaks Drive and immediately east of the end of Longboat Court.
