Project will contain A. Contract No. 1: Sidewalks and Landscaping. B. Contract No. 2: Facade and Stonework. This work includes and not limited to demo, sidewalks, curbs, ramps, protection of existing vaults, existing manholes, patch and repair existing pavement as required, maintain building access for public from 9-5 daily. This work includes but is not limited to Stonework, retaining walls, railings, joint repair, repointing, excavation, backfill, granite block work, infill, temp sidewalk/asphalt, etc. as required for a complete project.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
