The bid guaranty and contract bond shall be for the full amount of the bid proposal and in the form as contained in the bid documents. Alternately, a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Revised Code, in the amount of ten percent of the bid will be accepted as a bid guaranty. Each proposal must contain the full name and address of every person or company interested in the same.
