Construction of a New Concession Building at Whispering Pines Park

The project is located at the Whispering Pines Park, 800 SW Darwin Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34953. The work consists of the demolition and replacement of an existing concession building located in the center of the ball fields. This is a very high-profile project and the Contractor shall take all means necessary to ensure a successful and timely project. This project is to construct a 2,226 square foot concrete block structure (CBS) concession building consisting of 3 offices, 1 locker room, 1 closet, 1 storage room, a walk-in cooler / freezer, exterior fenced area and a full line commercial kitchen. The new commercial kitchen will have a grease interceptor and the site will have several improvements for power and water connections to the new building. A portion of the existing overhead baseball mesh around the building shall be removed during construction, and the Contractor shall provide a matching mesh to connect to the new metal roof on the concession building for the protection of the park users.
