Brush Square - O. Henry Museum Restoration

Improvements to the facility to include, but not limited to, HVAC improvements, building performance upgrades, window restoration, and landscape improvements in conjunction with recommendations from the Brush Square Master Plan. The Work consists of restoration of the 1,282 SF O. Henry Museum, a historic landmark building, which includes but is not limited to: removal and replacement of existing mechanical system, new fire protection system installation, new electric conduit & receptacles, new lighting and controls, structural reinforcement of floor, roof and flashing repairs, lead paint abatement as required, replacement & repair of siding and exterior wood as needed, window and door repair, and exterior landscaping improvements.
