Sun Pointe Village - Phase 3 / Kenosha

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work, paving and new construction of 12 duplex buildings with a total of 24 residential units. As of September 23, 2022, the project went before the city planning commission for approval of a conditional use permit on September 22, 2022, and the approval is currently pending. A general contractor has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline has not yet been released.
