Partial Roof Replacement Lincoln Elementary School

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Independent School District #624, White Bear Lake Area Schools, White Bear Lake, Minnesota, will receive sealed bids for: PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Separate envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked (PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL) with the name and address of the bidder and the date and hour of the opening, addressed to Dan Roeser, Director of Building Operations. The complete form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures, all bids must be on a lump sum basis. White Bear Lake Area Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of such bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding. The following information must accompany the request: Contact name, email, Company name, mailing address, street address, and phone numbers. Hard copy sets will also be available for pick up upon request. Each Bidder must accompany his bid with a Cashier's Check, Bid Bond, or Certified Check equal to 5% of the total amount of the Bid payable to Independent School District #624 as a guarantee of prompt execution of the contract in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the School Board of Independent School District #624 of Minnesota.
