The project is located in Maxwell, New Mexico at the Wastewater Treatment Facility and includes the rehabilitation of the North Lagoon, including the dewatering of approximately 3.2 million gallons of effluent, replacement of approximately 63,000 SF of lagoon liner; removal and disposal of accumulated sludge, replacement of lagoon inlet and outlet piping and other incidental work.
