Fitnation Synthetic Turf Installation 2023

**As of July 13, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. This project will be awarded Tuesday, July 18.** Work to include but not be limited to surface preparation including, removal of existing surfacing which includes turf, rubber flooring and VCT tiling; installation of new Synthetic Turf Resources NGCT synthetic turf with 3-millimeter rubber foam backing as specified, installation of transition threshold, site restoration and all appurtenant construction necessary to complete the project Bid Bond - An amount equal to 10% of the bid price in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to Gurnee Park District shall be submitted with each bid; personal checks will not be accepted. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond - The successful bidder shall be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the awarded contract price within ten (10) days of notification of the contract award Gurnee Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and bidders and waive all technicalities
