| Description | The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for Murdoch Floodwall Gate Opening 1 Road Plating Modifications. No Bid Will Be Accepted Without the Contractor S W.V. License Number Being Included on the Bid Submission. The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Section 202 of Executive order No 11246. |
