| Description | Work consists of removal of four 1050-gallon plastic sewer step system tanks and replacing them with three 1500-gallon concrete tanks. The existing plumbing, electric wiring, pumps and pump controls will be reused in the new tanks. All disturbed areas, affected landscaping, grass, decks, sidewalks, etc. are to be restored to their original condition at the completion of the job. All demolition, excavation, backfill, furnishing of all material (including the tanks, backfill, etc.), installation of all material, is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidder should plan on installing the tanks on a minimum of 12” of compacted gravel fill. |
