Description

Shaker Heights City Owned Lot Maintenance: Lots are estimated 143 lots; once a week for 6 weeks (Starting on or at May 1 to June 15th) Estimated timeframe. 143 lots; every two weeks for 12 weeks ( Starting on or at June 16th to Sept.5th). The city will determine lot cutting schedule as required. A list of city owned lots will be provided to the awarded contractor. Weather may dictate official start and stop dates. Square Footage – the average lot size is 6,000 sq ft. LOT CLEANUP The contractor is to provide any or all of the following related services, as requested by the City: Mow high grass at designated address provide by the City of Shaker Heights, (estimated length when complete = 2.5-3.0 inches) Clean-up trash and/or debris prior to mowing. (As needed). Any trash/debris left and or cut up after mowing will be the responsibility of the contractor to clean up and remove. Properties will be trimmed and blown (sidewalks and or drives including neighboring properties cleared of any grass clippings or debris).
