| Description | Fabricate and install structural steel beams and accessories to reinforce the existing bell tower platform and access stairs. New steel beams will be set into pockets in the brick masonry walls, with cast-in-place concrete bearing blocks at each beam bearing. B. Replace stair tread boards and landing floor boards with new southern yellow pine treads and flooring. C. Replace existing guard railing along stairs and landing platforms with new guard railing that meets OSHA regulations. D. Paint new and existing wood stairs, landings, and railings. Paint color to be selected by Owner. |
