Description

Question Cutoff Date: 5/9/2019 10:00:00 AM (ET) Detailed instructions for submitting responses to this Request for Qualifications can be found under Section VI. Mandatory Response Requirements and Submittal Format. The city is seeking an A/E firm(s) with the ability to complete pre-design, design, construction documents including required engineering, bidding, permitting and construction administration services for a new 7,600 SF Wastewater Compliance and Lift Station Maintenance Facility with an attached 5,000 SF workshop/warehouse. The new facility will be located directly across from the existing MWWT Administration/Laboratory Building located at 1200 Simmon Tree Lane, Columbia, SC 29201. The proposed site for the facility is located at the corner of Metro Lane and Simmon Tree Lane, has Tax Map Sequence (TMS#) 11000-01-11, and is approximately 32 acres. This project also includes a large covered storage shed for City equipment with proper egress to allow for tractor trailer access located within the plant site beside the Equalization (EQ) basin.
