| Description | Provide two 600 KW diesel generators with on board paralleling, 24-hour diesel subbase tank, and 71-72dba weatherproof sound enclosures for each unit as show on the drawings. Remove the existing concrete pad and 600 KW generator, as well an existing transfer switch, and existing distribution panelboard. Perform soil testing and remediation as required around the existing generator to be removed. Provide two reinforced concrete pads for the generators, docking station, automatic transfer switches, feeders, and distribution panels as indicated on the drawings and specifications. Demolish the existing storage space in the parking garage, to make room for a new emergency electric room and construct a new storage room as detailed on the drawings. Relocate existing and provide new lighting, receptacles, fire alarm devices in the renovated spaces. Relocate sprinkler lines and heads as detailed on the drawings as well. |
