Description

The project Base Bid includes the expansion of the existing parking lot by approximately 7` and then mill and overlaying the proposed parking spaces to convert the parking on the north side of the lot from parallel parking to 45 degree parking and will be performed in two phases. The Additive Bid Alternate adds the mill and overlay of the remaining parking lot and the restriping of the entire parking lot. The scope includes full marking and landscape improvements.
